Lemon Squeezy
Lemon Squeezy
2025 International Champion

Lemon Squeezy is only the second Swedish quartet—and the third non-American quartet ever—to win the Barbershop Harmony Society’s International Championship. The trailblazers before them were Ringmasters (Sweden, 2012) and Musical Island Boys (New Zealand, 2014).
Since ringing their first chords together in 2010, Lemon Squeezy has chased one goal: to sing as freshly and joyfully as possible. Rooted in Sweden’s rich choral tradition, the quartet has embraced barbershop, jazz, and anything with a groove, carving out a sound that is distinctly their own.
Their journey to gold is among the longest and most storied in barbershop history. They placed 12th in the collegiate contest in 2010, rose to collegiate champions in 2012, and debuted in the open contest the same year with a 19th-place finish. From there, the climb was steady and relentless: 14th in 2013, 5th in 2014, 4th in 2015, 2nd in 2016, 2nd again in 2023—and, at last, 1st in 2025.
Phew. What a ride.
